"Where to begin? First, Bri (sp?) from reception was incredible! I have had issues with my garbage disposal for MONTHS, had Frank Gay out THREE times and paid about 1k on the same issue, only for them to then say I need to have over 21k worth of work done for my kitchen drain to be fixed and to use my kitchen sink. I've gone without a functioning kitchen sink for over a week now until Brad from Drain Daddy showed up today and FIXED THE ISSUE-for an upfront and extremely reasonable service call fee. He also did a camera inspection and my estimate IF I want to be proactive and replace the old existing original pipes for a FRACTION of what Frank Gay was going to charge me. He gave the most thorough inspection and explanation I could ever ask for. I cannot express my gratitude enough, nor can I give Drain Daddy a more exemplary review and recommendation.
